    Sales force Developer

    Job Duties

    • Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations.
    • Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce eco system.
    • Work with backend systems integration and Data Warehouse team members to implement integrated data and process flows. Analyze and recommend improvements to existing data and process flows.
    • Provide design documentation and planning for current and future systems design.
    • Build solution on platform, including development in, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services and API's.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve defects for planned releases and production issues.
    • Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions.



    • B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E / MCA or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce application development and customization.
    • Customization – Hands On Experience in Apex, Controllers and Extensions, Triggers, Batch processes and APIs, Test Class.
    • Expertise in using REST API's, SOAP Web services, S-controls, SOQL, SOSL.           
    • Configuration – Hands on Experience in Data Model, Security, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Process Builder and Flow.
    • Knowledge of Development/Coding standards and best Practices in VF/Apex and governor limits.
    • Deployment – Hands on Experience in Changeset
    • Customization – Experience in Future Methods, Queueable
    • Configuration – Experience in Email Template, Translation Workbench, Partner Portal, Salesforce Mobile App.
    • Hands on Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
    • Data Migration – Data Loader, Import Wizard
    • Knowledge of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 is preferred.
    • Should be experienced in translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy.
    • Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.

    Data Science Engineer / Lead

    The data science team is responsible for solving business problems on complex data. Data complexity could be characterized in terms of volume, dimensionality and multiple touchpoints/sources. We are looking for a lead data scientist who has deep interest in theoretical and applied machine learning and loves working in a fast-paced environment. He/She should have 3-5 years relevant work experience in predictive analytics/forecasting space and have solved real-world problems. The hire will be responsible for expanding, optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives. An ideal candidate in this position must be an expert at using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, building and implementing models, creating algorithms and running simulations. The Data Science Lead must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Build scalable, available, and supportable processes to collect, manipulate, present, and analyze large datasets in a production environment that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
    • Articulate problem definition and work on all aspects of data including acquisition, exploration/visualization, feature engineering, experimentation with machine learning algorithms, deploying models.
    • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
    • Develop working prototypes of algorithms and evaluate and compare metrics based on the real-world data sets.
    • Create and maintain data pipeline architecture for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from a variety of resources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies.
    • Identify, design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
    • Provide design input specifications, requirements, and guidance to software engineers for algorithm implementation for solution/product development.
    • Mentor, Collaborate and guide a team of talented software engineers to implement methodologies from statistics/machine learning and computational science.
    • Improving and advancing the company’s products and technologies using methodical research techniques.
    • Using large proprietary datasets to conduct training sets and correlation
    • Applying the latest available techniques to datasets for yield and operational improvement.
    • Working with stakeholders including the Product, Process, Design, Quality and Reliability teams to assist with data-related technical issues and identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
    • Predicts outcomes based on rigorous experimental design and statistical method
    • Creates repeatable solutions through written project documentation, process flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code




    • Good knowledge of Computer Science, math and statistics fundamentals (algorithms and data structures, meshing, sampling theory, linear algebra, etc.)
    • Strong programming experience with any of the modern object-oriented languages.
    • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Experience of data warehousing technologies including data modeling, ETL and reporting, end-to-end data warehouse and ODS implementations.
    • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
    • Knowledge in Big Data and Advanced Predictive Analytics including an exposure to areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Intelligent Bots, Reinforcement Learning, Neural Networks.
    • Statistical modeling (Lease Squares & Logistic Regression, GLM, Segmentation, Clustering, Dynamic Bayesian Networks, etc.)
    • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Apache Spark, Kafka, Pig, Oozie etc.
    • Experience with data pipeline and cloud implementation platforms: Streamsets, AWS, Cloudera
    • Working knowledge of distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Spark, MySQL, etc.
    • Knowledge of data science technologies such as R, Octave, Python, pandas, Spark MLlib, PySpark, SparkR, scipy, numpy, matplotlib, etc.
    • Data Science visualization tools (R Shiny, Tableau, Qlikview etc.)
    • Experience with graph databases is a plus.
    • Advanced working knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational databases (Hadoop, MongoDB, Apache Spark, Cassandra, etc.)
    • Demonstrated understanding of Software Development Life Cycle process.
    • Strong project management, leadership and organizational skills.
    • Either a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics
